Back pain often attacks people who work in the office and sit in long time. What danger will be caused by back pain?

How to avoid back pain?
1. We must keep the position of our body and keep our mucles strength.
2. Concentrate in doing something, such as if we are lifting heavy things.
3. Get exercises regularly. Swimming is invulnerable to avoid back pain.
4. Arrange your life style. If we have many activities, spare your time to take a rest for a moment. Such as if we have sitting in the office for a long time, and if we feel pain in our back, we must make some moves at least for about 10 minutes.
