Tips to Treat Alzheimer’s Disease
Do you have family member suffering Alzheimer’s disease? Don’t be frustrated of the patient. Like you, persons with Alzheimer’s disease need help. Below are some tips worth a try by family and patient with Alzheimer’s disease.
First, create a simple daily schedule, such as schedules, foods, drink drugs, defecate, and other routines that make your routine monitoring to the patient. This schedule also allows the patient comfortable doing something, so this simply can maintain the ability of patient’s cognitive.
Second, use words that patients can be simple to understand the messages from you.
Third, call patient to discuss about the past. This helps to stimulate memory. If necessary, use tools such as memorable photos, videos, or songs that can make patients inflame remembering the past.
Third, do not ignore patient’s feeling. Note the small things that a patient takes care about. May be small things can stimulate patient to get back the memory.
