The Danger of Sleepless to Your Health

Many activities make many people don’t have much time to sleep. It will cause negative effect to us if we sleep less than 7-8 hours especially for health. The affects of person who is sleepless are:

1. Fatter. Based on Institute of Medicine in 2006 research, hormone that result hungry person that sleep less than 7 hours is very high.
2. Hard diet. Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine ask person suffer insomnia can’t do diet, because protein, cholesterol, and foods can’t be digested perfectly.
3. Diabetes and high glucose. Research in 2005 published by Archives of Internal Medicine, the person sleeps just 4 hours /day has more risk to suffer diabetes by 2.5 times more. While, 1.7 of them that sleep just 7 hours.
4. Heart risk, the research 2003, 45% of women sleep less than 5 hours is very risky being attacked of heart disease.
5. The higher tension. Insomnia cause higher tension and in the long time will attack hypertension.
6. The cause of accident. Journal of Medicine England in 2007, 20% of causes of accident during driving car are sleepy.
7. Body balance is decreasing. The research by Journal of Gerontology in 2007, the frogs that are sleepless will often fall 4.5 times more.
8. Depression. Sleepless will also suffer mental health problem like depression and stress. It can also be happened at youngster and adult.
9. Short living. Sleep and the Archives of General Psychiatry, sleepless can cause dead faster.
