Simple Tips to Treat Eyes

Below are simple tips for you to treat eyes.
1. Do not force your eyes. Give rest regularly although blink just a few minutes, even before the eyes feel tired. Because of the longer open eyes constantly without blinking, then the cornea will be the higher dehydration.
2. Give a time limit when reading books or working in front of a computer monitor, monitor supervisors, including televise. Avoid reading book or monitor continuously or nonstop.
3. Set and lighting distance from the monitor or book. Reading with ideal distance is 33 cm. the lighting is too bright or too dark will force eye muscles to work extra and tired easily.
4. To minimize the dazzling light from outside, use anti-reflection coating. For example, install the calm film glass on your car windshield.
5. If you look the object in too near distance, rest your eyes to look the object in long distance. You can also do therapy of resting eyes by looking at the greenery. This is effective way to refresh our eyes.
6. Like teeth, the eyes need periodic check. Check your eyes to your eyes doctor every 6 months.
