Prevent Lung Cancer by Consuming Green Vegetable
According to the research, more than 25% of women who were diagnosed to suffer lung cancer never smoke.
The research has proven that for increasing body immune to prevent lung cancer is by consuming green vegetable. A latest study by Spain Researchers found that adults who consumed at least a portion of vegetable menu per day have fewer risks by 50 % to suffer lung cancer than adults who consumed vegetable menu less than 5 times per week. Green vegetables are rich of vitamin A, C and flavonoid which have role to prevent cancer.
