thank you for the great article on osteoporosis its very helpful and very imformative. Now I know what kind of bad things to avoid having an osteoporosis. If I ever come to have a symptoms of Osteoporosis I’ll have to ask myself on what I’m feeling right now. But when I don’t feel any symptoms for it ill continue my eft training to avoid getting any symptoms.
