Causes of Constipation
Don’t ignore constipation. If you don’t care it, this small problem can cause various complications. It can cause dangerous diseases. In the long run, it will produce free radical that can affect tumor growth and colon cancer.
Constipation can be suffered by everyone, children, youngster, adults, menopause, and pregnant women, even babies. But, most of them happen to adults and menopause. Factors can cause constipation such as: less fiber consumption, less dilution, less physical activities, and some of medicines. To children, constipation happens not only because of less fiber, but too many psychology factors when the children won’t feces because they prefer to play or stress when they use toilet. Constipation can be happened to pregnant women. It happens from intestine peristaltic problem. This happens because of hormone influence and too much to consume ferrum during pregnant period.
If the ways to prevent have been done and if constipation still happens, the sufferers are suggested to use laxative. Laxative at the market at this time, generally gives long time effect(6-12 hours) and followed with sick sense because activity in colon. Using laxative in long time period can cause colon disfunction, metabolism problem, and can affect addiction to laxative because intestine to slow function (Lazy Bowel Syndrome). Therefore, consumer must be careful to choose laxative to buy.
