Vitamin Boost Immune Sytem
Vitamin is an important substance cluster for our life and body by boosting immune system. We only need it in a small amount. But by the food and vitamins serving at this time, it is hard for us to consume vitamin completely. In dealing with the way to heal headache by increasing body immune system, there are three vitamins related with this system :
1. Vitamin A, can be found in the milk, eggs, and the red vegetables such as carrot. This vitamin keeps our skin healthy. It is important, because it can be our important body’s immune system in preventing all diseases before they get into the attacked part of body.
2. Vitamin B, is a vitamin cluster that can be found in the grain, fermentation, and the green vegetables. The lack of vitamin B can decrease antibody responses to the body’s immune system, therefore our body cannot be reacted as fast as the infection attacked.
3. Vitamin C, can be found in the fruits and fresh vegetables, and it is one of vital vitamins for our body’s immune system, because this vitamin can help our body against bacteria and virus. Besides, it can increase the ability in catching and destroying every infections that attacks our body.
It is suggested to concern some important steps needed to get balanced and health diet.
