Stress Reduction Techniques

Positive thinking is one of stress reduction techniques. Can you make an assumption that you are really healthy? Research showed that happy persons are not so sick than persons who are in depression condition. But it doesn’t mean that they are not in stress condition. But because every person had experienced it, and they reacted in sportive attitude. I’m sure that someday you’ll be able to handle when caught a cold or influenza. So, there are many methods in producing positive thinking as one of stress reduction techniques. Some of them are below.

1) Hope a pleasant thing every day
It gives me a spirit to always hope a pleasure comes to my daily life. Everyday,I have something beautiful that I hope will be happening.

2) Erase all negative thinking before emerging
When you are facing a problem, think how you can handle it, and not letting all negative thinking occupied you. But if you can push yourself to think and act in positive way, you will get used to do it.

3) Do not always keep problems by yourself
Being angry, without doing something, is a negative way and causes a very classical stress. How many times we feel like we want to do something, but we stand still and finally we regret it If you act like this, your body’s immune system will be lowered. But if you do in the contrary, it will strengthen your body’s immune system.

4) Do not let a little problem ruins your whole day or your whole life
A great debate with friends or families doesn’t mean that you can not associate with the others. Everybody has their own opinion, but it need not to be taken in a long time. Don’t let it ruin your life.

5) Enjoy your first hours of your day
It is very important, because it can determine your passion of life till the night comes. If you keep staying in bed for 10 minutes longer, consequently, you have to take a bath in hurry, take the clothes on, have a breakfast, and do anything in hurry. But it’s not enough. If you have children, they always spill out the food from their plate or forget to put their shoes in hurry time! It will be more comfortable if you can wake up 30 minutes earlier in the morning to drink tea and have breakfast in comfortable condition.

6) Make your plan one day before
In the night, write all things you’ll do in the next day. If your lists are too much, erase the non urgent things, and do the other important things. No worst things than feeling too much things to do, and it means that you can only do a little good things. Try to make sure that you have put all things you want to do pleasantly.

7) Try to delegate your assignments
Learn to delegate your assignments, at home or at your working place. Don’t get into trap of principle that if you don’t do your assignments by yourself, it can’t be accomplished well. Nobody in this world can work all time.

8) Find the new stress reduction techniques
Try to find something to solve your complicated mind. You can do many things such as doing squash sport or dancing as you like, as long as it makes you happy. If your mind is complicated, you can go watching soccer game, because you can spill out your anger by shouting the referee!

9) Try to have imagination
In any chances in your busy hours, spare your time to let your imagination be developed. Figure out yourself is having fun, relax, or take a part in a great fantasy. The main purpose is filling your mind with positive fantasy that could lead to the increase of your body’s immune system.

10) Try to laugh
Laugh is a therapy and an efficacious medicine. To make ourself laugh is not an easy job. But if you are willing to smile frequently, you can cheat your body to feel happy. The fake smile has the same effects with the real smile.

11) Be proud of yourself
If you do something well, praise yourself and give yourself a reward, such as a glass of wine! If you dress up for an evening party, stare at the mirror, and think how great you are. And after that, go outside with a thinking that you will be the best out there. Our mind is very suggestive to ideas.

12) Forget all problems by sleeping
When our body was taking a rest, we were experiencing a regenerative phase, namely as phase when our body was repairing some organs needed to be repaired or replaced. Therefore, why the stain on skin or a pain can be healed after sleeping all night long.
At the same time, stress is also be healed.

By doing these twelve simple stress reduction techniques, you will get a dramatic result in short time.
All these stress reduction techniques are not difficult to do. All you need is an extra intention to do it. By implementing these twelve stress reduction techniques you can minimize stress level to the minimum level, so the headache will be gradually disappeared.
