Healthy balance diet could be the solution to prevent headache. We often find someone who had an amusing headache, because of tension. One of them could be a driver. A driver often get headache because of his inefficiency life style, such as seldom to do exercise or sport, or his body is overweight.
This type of headache can be caused by some factors, such as : the diet that he consume contains much fat, but less of protein.
Diet consists of four basic nutrition elements. Carbohydrate becomes the main energy source. But if it becomes excessive will turn becomes fat. Protein, has responsible for development and maintaining body’s cells. Fat has function to separate and to protect. If it becomes excessive, someone can get obesity, while vitamin has responsible for life and body’s health. You will surely be healthy if all of these are being maintained well.

Function of Carbohydrate
Carbohydrate provides most of energy that our body needs. In England, people prefer to consume carbohydrate than fat or protein. All the living creatures need energy to be functioned. If our body becomes lack of energy from diet, body will be weak and fatigue. If this condition is continuing, such as in the third nations in the world, death will surely can not be avoided. All carbohydrate comes from plants, because plants contents chlorophyll that absorbs the energy from the sun. Almost all of energy that we need are available in diet or food from grain such as wheat and tuber such as potato and plant root such as beet sugar.
When we consume carbohydrate, it will downward go to intestines that will turn it becomes sugar. There are some sugar types, but the most important sugar is glucose that is used by human body to provide the energy. Glucose is absorbed into the blood flow. Insulin will determine how much glucose must stay in the blood and how much glucose is kept as fat. To those who had diabetes, they need insulin because there is an excessive glucose in their blood.

Function of Protein
Protein has different role with carbohydrate, because protein provides development and maintain devices. The human body consists of many million united cells, and only protein that can form new cells. Therefore, muscles, bones, skin, hair, and internal organ need protein supply in the sufficient amount to survive. And it can be gotten from diet or food. The children need protein supply very much in the sufficient amount, because they are growing continuously. And so do the adult, because part of their body need to be repaired constantly and replaced its cells. Amazingly, structure such as heart, its cells must all be replaced for about every twenty days.
When we eat, protein is digested in the intestines to become a structure called amino acid. This structure is absorbed in the blood and grouped again to form many types of protein that are needed to build every type of body’s cells as individual. Because the amino acid cannot be saved in the body for a long period, and that’s why you need to provide it in every eating time.

Function of Fat
The main function of fat is as the energy saving. Any excessive diet that we consume, from any substances, being conversed to fat and saved as a layer right under skin. This layer can be changed become energy every time our body needs it. If you are doing diet to decrease your weight, it means that you have put an insufficient energy than before. If the energy we consume are decreasing, our body will take its fat to get the energy. In the certain period, weight will be decreased. Much fat that obviously showed in the diet, such as in the flesh, butter, and fat frying, but there are also some “unobvious” fat. It can be found in the egg, bean, milk, bread, chocolate, butter cake, and many other food. This fat type is still divided again become saturated fat and unsaturated fat. Saturated fat has relationship with heart attack. Most of people eat too much fatty diet, and usually from saturated fat type. But unsaturated fat in the small amount is needed because it can decrease cholesterol level, and prevent heart attack. The functions of unsaturated fat are binding body’s cells become one, supporting many structure such as kidney that lies above the fat layer, and forming separated layer under the skin to prevent cold air.
