Fresh and Natural Foods

Beside having healthy balance diet, everybody should consume fresh and natural foods, and don’t need to get confused in hearing its terms. Fresh and natural foods can be defined as pure foods without any added substances. Those foods cannot be processed or extracted, and almost get its natural condition. No added substances such as MSG, coloring substances or preservative substances, because it can harm our body’s immune system.

Fresh and natural foods are very important because they contain many nutrients that our body needs in the usable form. For example, pure bread made of non-refining fluor and contains wheat grain from fiber type. These foods also contain many kinds of B vitamins and minerals. To make white pure bread, its fluor must be refined first, and in this process, fluor will be lost many vitamins, minerals and fibers. Fibers are important as filler, so it can prevent and maintain in order we can consume in not too many amount, and help digestion and arrange bowel’s contents. No matter how easy we consume each piece of white pure bread without fibers, comparing with consuming fibers pure bread that full of nutritions. Diet by foods that has been refined will cause obesity, malnutrition and vitamin that we need for vitality.

Consume fresh and natural foods in the condition of its nature is useful for our body immune system. Processing and cooking foods will only eliminate many nutrients needed for our health. The addictive substances is used only to conceal food into other appearances and tastes from its nature. If people need to conceal foods that other people do not wish, it is better that foods should not be consumed at all. It is especially for the food like beefburger used to be made of many part of cow, from brain to limfe. This condition will cause many tastes, and make it tasteful, and they package it with many MSG and preservative substances.

Statistically, people who prefer to consume beef will suffer heart attack than vegetarian people or people who consume fresh and natural foods. It doesn’t mean that you should stop consuming beef at all in order to be able to diet fresh and natural foods, but you should limit yourself in consuming it up to twice a week and choose a slice of the thinniest beef or white beef such as chicken.
All foods from the soil, whether we consume it directly, or being eaten by animal first. So, if the soil is unfertile, so is the food we consume. The plant that lack of food substances will not be grow properly, and tent to sick and die. To prevent this problem, the farmers gave over-fertilizer and sprayed their plants with pesticid. Both of those matters will be soluble in the foods we consume, and if its quantities are large, our body’s immune system will be destructed. So it is better if we consume foods from plants that were planted organically, although they need 10 years to release the soil from its chemical substances that the farmers have spread.
Shortly, a healthy diet is a balanced diet of carbohydrate and protein and low of fat. Diet must consist of fresh and natural foods, such as non-refining foods, and without any addictive substances. The beef must be limited, and your diet must consist of many vegetables and fresh fruits planted organically. Because cooking treatment will only eliminate its vitamins and minerals. So try to consume fresh and natural foods as much as possible.
