Curing the Headache By Relaxation
Any actions to control respiration can be useful to decrease stress and headache in difficult situation. If a person had a severe headache, he or she must learn the way to relax the body. It needs a high commitment, for 10 up to 15 minutes, twice a day. But, by doing it every day, the stress will be decreased and its benefits can be felt longer.
There are many types of relaxation gym that people can do. Some of them are not easy to be understood. Therefore, there are two methods that are easier to be followed :
Method A
Lay down with straight backbone, by using pillow under the head. It will keep the backbone and neck straight when doing relaxation. Next, the knees are lifted upward so it will be flexed, but still comfortable; it often helps if the patient put the pillow under the head as a sheet. Close the eyes and take a slow and regular breath, inhale and exhale through the nose. Keep on doing this breath for 3 up to 4 minutes, because this breath has relaxed itself.
Then, try to relax the muscles. Try from feet and gradually upward to the upper bodies until head and neck. It will be easier to relax the muscles by tightening it first and slackening it then. For example, we can start by tightening toes and relax them, then calf, knees, thigh, etc. For the headache that is caused by stress, probably we feel that our head is hard to be relaxed and need an extra efforts for it. Just keep on doing for 15 minutes, and then gradually straighten the feet and sit back slowly.

Curing the headache by relaxation is the best way to overcome the problem of headache. It is a very good news that we cure headache without taking any medicine.It is done simply by relaxing our muscles. Thanks for the great article.
