Body Immune System
Body immune system is defense mechanism in our body that always be ready against the disadvantage situation for twenty four hours a day, everyday of our life. Most of people received it as it was, by assumption that it was a part of natural process in our body. However, recently, more than in the previous periods, the immune system is under continuous pressure of some infections and environment’s influence. If we don’t take an immediate action to prevent this system is kept in peak form, so its pressure will be heavier and its efficiency will also be decreased. When it happens, the body immune system becomes weak, and the people who experienced this situation will become an easy target for many headaches, got influenza, caught a cold, chronic fatigue, and the worse condition is suffering serious health problems, such as cancer, hypertension or other dangerous diseases.
To maintain body immune system is the most important thing in medical aspect. And that’s why some medical magazines always take a point in the effort of increasing body immune system.
The immune system, in many circumstances, similar with railway web, consists of one series of tubes that supports every part of human body with the same manner as train railway, that serves every area in a country. On many points along the routes, there are some stopping spots. In the train, there is a train station; and in the human body, the station is called lymphatic gland and every gland group serves its own areas. I am sure that everybody know it, when they got throat infection or caught a cold and their neck gland are swollen. There are some similar gland groups in the human body. All of them react if they got challenge from infection or trauma. If, as example, one of your toe got infected, the part that reacts is the bigger gland in the thigh edge; it same with one scratch in your finger will cause the pain up to armpit gland. Once the armpit gland is swollen, it takes some weeks to be healed and back to its normal size, and often get longer after the infection is demolished. Once, a patient said that the gland under chin is always big and painful. It was showed that it can be caused by the period that the gland needs to be healed between one infection interval and the others.
Some methods in maintaining your body immune system :
1. Consume fresh foods.
2. Commit regular exercise / sport.
3. Control stress.
Some methods in decreasing your body immune system :
1. Consume forbidden drugs.
2. Pollution.
3. Smoking.
4. Insufficient sleep.
5. Bad diet.
6. Infrequent exercise / sport.
7. Too stress and not quiet relax.
However, the most important factor influencing body immune system is stress. Every person has their own different stress level. If you cannot handle it, stress will decrease the immune system. One research in Cambridge showed that herpes virus, that had responsible for the pain when influenza, would be more active on the children who are getting stress in facing the examination.
