Symptoms of Migraine Headache

Migraine is the type of headaches that many people suffer today. The signs or symptoms of migraine headache started with pain around the eye or temple, a short period of depression, irascible, anxiety, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting. The intense pain on one side of the head, which sometimes followed by swelling eyes and nose and watery eyes on the same side.

Sometimes, pain is accompanied by loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting. These symptoms of migraine headache may occur before the headache attack or continue running, so add a pain in the head. Most migraine comes if someone feels pressure from nerve that powerful.

Migraine is more often suffered by women and generally occurs at the beginning of the adult, and usually decreases after the age of fifty years.

Do not pooh the symptoms of migraine headache. When someone feels symptoms such as headache, the likelihood of people suffered some brain nerve damage. Headache or migraine is the one that the early brain damage.

Curing the Headache by Relaxation Part 2

After reading relaxation tips on part 1, continue the next method below:
Method B
Sit with straight backbone on the chair. It is better on the backing chair, with straight feet on the floor in the comfort position. Sit with straight postre but relax. Make sure that neck and backbone are straightened without stress. Both of hands must be stood on the lap. Close the eyes and start to take a slow breath, comfort, and regular. Keep on doing for 3 up to 4 minutes. Then concentrate to tighten the muscles for the first time and then relax them. Try from the feet, then upward to the head. All these exercises, such as the first too, will be spent for about 15 minutes of time. These exercises are useful because can be done when sitting. Relaxation can decrease headache and can be reached in the short time, even when we are still working.

Headache, Aspirin and Paracetamol

For most of people, headache is a “social nightmare” that ruins life quality. Severe pain behind eyes, sensation such as being hit by hammer above our head or feeling as like our head is being tied, can attack you anytime. Frequently, the headache emerges as little disorder as result of workaholic activities, fatigues, stress, or alcohol. Then, many people assume that drinking a tablet to decrease headache is a normal thing. The worse thing is aspirin can cause bleeding in the stomach layer, and paracetamol can destruct liver.
