Method B
Sit with straight backbone on the chair. It is better on the backing chair, with straight feet on the floor in the comfort position. Sit with straight postre but relax. Make sure that neck and backbone are straightened without stress. Both of hands must be stood on the lap. Close the eyes and start to take a slow breath, comfort, and regular. Keep on doing for 3 up to 4 minutes. Then concentrate to tighten the muscles for the first time and then relax them. Try from the feet, then upward to the head. All these exercises, such as the first too, will be spent for about 15 minutes of time. These exercises are useful because can be done when sitting. Relaxation can decrease headache and can be reached in the short time, even when we are still working.
