In order to obtain clinical data, researches conducted on 30 men over 40 years with hypertension condition.

In addition, the object of research is also suffering from diabetes mellitus. The study showed an improvement in blood pressure and improvement in blood glucose level. The Effect of Too High or Low Blood Sugar

Human sugar levels sometimes too high or too low that they are not good for health. Sugar levels should be maintained in the normal position so that the body remains healthy.

Blood sugar in medical terms known as glucose. Sugar in the blood is needed because the source of energy for body cells.

Average normal blood glucose levels in humans are 70 mg / dl to 120 mg / dl and typically increase after having a meal. Blood sugar was still considered normal if after eating the score is still below 220 mg / dl.

If blood sugar below 60 mg / dl, it will be hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. Conversely, if it exceeds 225 mg / dl, it will occur hyperglycemia or high blood sugar.

Too low blood sugar can cause people get coma (lost consciousness). The signs of low blood sugar are exhausted, mental function declined, feeling shaky, sweating, sores in the mouth, dizziness, feeling dazed and heart thumping loudly until losing consciousness.

Causes of low blood sugar are usually less of sweet foods, less of carbohydrate intake, excessive activity and consume alcohol without any food into the body.

People who experience hypoglycemia should immediately be given something sweet so the blood sugar level rapidly increases in the body. Because if it is not promptly given a sweet drink, it can decrease awareness level and the worst consequence is that it can cause brain damage.
